In a fast-paced world of instant feedback, social media, and a proliferation of digital communication platforms, we’ve decided to jump onboard. We’ll be periodically delivering information to you on a variety of topics, from product updates, to marketing ideas, to customer service tutorials. Our sincere hope is that you’ll find our posts to be informative, entertaining, and most of all effective in increasing your business. 

Without any more unnecessary fanfare, we’re going to kick things off by highlighting innovations that have taken place in our two most popular mechanisms over the past two years. As a reminder, ALL Best Home Furnishings mechanisms are manufactured by Leggett & Platt in the United States, and feature 100% domestic steel linkages. 

In September of 2017, Best introduced a new Space Saver mechanism, laying out flatter, and longer, while providing more lumbar support and eliminating that annoying gap between the bottom of the back and the back of the seat. ALL Space Saver mechanisms, manual and power, have featured these upgrades since that time.

In February 2019, a new Rocker mechanism was introduced, which achieves all the same upgrades. The new rocker mechanism allows our rocker recliners to lay out 13 degrees flatter, an inch and a quarter longer, and provide an inch and a quarter more lumbar support.
